The 3 hotels (two 3* hotels and one 4*) of Compagnie des Hotels des Lacs are open all year round and welcome you in the heart of incredible sites, between lakes, mountains and forest, and only 2h40 from Paris by TGV. They offer SPA spaces.

2 of our hotels have fully-equipped seminar rooms and all of them have quality restaurants. We can also offer you many activities to make your stay even more pleasant.

In our elegant and refined hotel Beau Rivage, you'll find irreproachable service, magic view on Gerardmer lake and quick access to city center and local attractions. It is possible to offer additional rooms or meals at Hotel de la Paix (30m from Beau Rivage), a place full of tradition and conviviality. In Jardins de Sophie, experience mountain, serenity and luxury in the heart of the forest, 8kms from Gerardmer.

Seminars at BEAU RIVAGE

Infrastructure :

    • 7 meeting rooms and lounges: our « Belle Rive » rooms (230m²) are modulable and air-conditioned. They offer a very pleasant working environment: 3m10 high ceiling, excellent public address system and adjustable lighting, daylight.

    • Space is modulable according your needs (in only a few minutes) to welcome 20 to 300 guests.

    • Seminar equipments: paperboard, screen, overhead projector, phone plugs and modem, numeris line, Wi-Fi and 2 ceiling screens are included in seminars packages. Please ask us if you need more equipment (rates on request).

    • Catering service with capacity up to 300 people.

    • Maximum seminar capacity: 130 people in meeting configuration, 250 in conference.

    • Organization of challenge, relaxation and nature events: aperitifs, motor boat cruise on the lake, oenological tasting with our wine waiter (5 or 6 vintages)...

    • Rooms and conference rooms: 5 modulable and recently refurbished rooms (15 to 150m²). They offer a very pleasant working environment: with excellent public address system and adjustable lighting, daylight.

    • Seminars equipments: paperboard, screen, overhead projector and phone plugs are included in seminars packages (rates on request). Please ask us if you need more equipment.

    • Catering service with capacity up to 60 seats.

    • Seminar maximum capacity: 36, 42 or 80 people.

    • We organize tours and activities on request.
