Rates and general conditions
Rules 2012/2013 :
Prices list from 1st January 2011 untill 6th January 2013
Low season: from March the 5th to April the 27th, from September 2012 to December 20th 2012.Half-season : from January 8th to February 9th and from April 28th to July th 6th 2012 and from September 9th to 29th ..
High season : From January 1st to january 7th and Febrary 10th to March 4th 2012, from July 7th to September 8th, from December 20th 2012 to January 6th 2013.
Deposit :
A deposit is required to confirm any booking (credit card accepted as a guarantee). It will be deduced from your bill at the end of your stay :
- 30% of the total accommodation cost for stay of at least 3 days.
- 50% of the total accommodation cost for stay of less than 3 days
Cancellation :
Deposit : the total amount of the deposit will be conserved if the cancellation of booking is done less than 21 days before the date of arrival.
Credit card: we reserve the right to charge 1 night on the credit card if the cancellation is made within 2 days (48 hours) before the date of arrival.
Shortening stay :
In case of anticipated departure and if we can not sell the room, we'll charge 100% of the stay as a penalty.
Arrival :
We will do everything we can to ensure your room is ready as early as possible. However, it might not be ready before 3 pm.
Please, inform us in advance in case of late arrival (after 6pm).
Departure :
Rooms must be vacated before 12am.
