Rates and general conditions

Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm any booking (credit card accepted as a guarantee). It will be deduced from your bill at the end of your stay :
 - 30% of the total accommodation cost for stay of at least 3 days.
 - 50% of the total accommodation cost for stay of less than 3 days.

Cancellation

Deposit :  the total amount of the deposit will be conserved if  the cancellation of booking is done less than 21 days before the date of arrival.
Credit card: we reserve the right to charge 1 night on the credit card if the cancellation is made  within 2 days (48 hours) before the date of arrival.

Shortening stay

In case of anticipated departure and if we can not sell the room, we'll charge 100% of the stay as a penalty.

Arrival

We will do everything we can to ensure your room is ready as early as possible. However, it might not be ready before 3 pm.

Please, inform us in advance in case of late arrival (after 6pm).

Departure

Rooms must be vacated before 12am.

Half-board

It is a package including lunch or dinner, night and breakfast.

Half-season : from January 8th to February 9th and from April 28th to May 31th 2012.
 
High season : From January 1st to january 7th and Febrary 10th to March 4th 2012.
